Hey guys!!
I'm 19 years old now and was suffering from acne from past two years . Acne has completely healed but have scars left behind. Kinda depressed about it. So I Wanted to know:
- what type of scars are these..?
- Is this the worst acne scars?
- And what treatment should I undergo to heal the scars.
Rolling (fat loss areas), few icepicks, boxcars, keloid scars maybe. Textural issues.
Probably different scars would respond better to different treatments. You may wish to try and see what works on the keloid scars, then seek to resurface like erbium laser or dermabrasion (deep) or things like that. Any depressed areas might benefit from a test of subcision/filler. Ethnicity might get in the way which increases your risks though.
I echo what @harmlessboy1441 is saying.
Looks like you have some atrophic (sunken) and some hypertrophic (raised) scars. The fact that you have some raised scars means you have to be extremely careful with anything you do to your skin. You don't want to cause more raised scarring.
Get under the care of a VERY qualified, experienced person, and take it slowly.
