I have used TCA 70% on my face more than 5 times and this has never happened to me before. My face was much better than before, but in the last TCA session on the 6th of this month, I got a scar from peeling that was medium depth. Silicone patches during these two weeks I did not see any good results at all and Tretinoin makes the skin dry even with a strong moisturizer. What do you advise me? I want improvement within a month or two please.:(

Hard to see via the picture because of the shadows generally so I can't see depth but it's either hyperpigmentation or a scar or both. I don't think I'd further aggravate the skin with tretinoin. Tretinoin mostly only peels or affects the very most top layer. Hyperpigmentation that's deeper can take longer to fade but usually this stuff does fade. I wouldn't do anything. There's options like vbeam to reduce redness but for now I'd get it checked to see if it's a scar, or hyperpigmentation and why from TCA and why just in that spot. Maybe it hyperpigmented an old scar or an injured area of tissue.

You say you want to do something within a month or two but fading could take months and you should know if vbeam is safe as well etc. Don't irritate the skin further is my suggestion. Like, tretinoin has it's place but when skin is aggravated it can further upset the skin.

Anyway, I probably wouldn't do any TCA peels anymore. If I were you I'd get it checked out to see if it's a scar or hyperpigmentation. If it's just hyperpigmentation it'll probably fade (dermis can take months longer) but you could also try vbeam etc but just be careful pigment is tricky. It doesn't look that bad tbh. It's just a minor mark with no depression.

Scar depth like accidentally cutting yourself while sleeping with your nails (a little deeper) is ok I will use niacinamide and moisturizers If I don't see a very big improvement I will use less than half a ml of filler for this area

I would not aggravate it further. Try to let the redness fade it may take a while. Rushing in with filler or anything can further irritate it. I wouldn't do anything else right now.
