Any ideas to make this look flat? There is no active acne

This looks familiar. Have you posted before? I have been researching scar treatments more and have all of the data on the website now. I personally like the results and safety from fractional CO2 laser with PRP (platelet rich plasma). You would probably need a bunch of sessions, but over time it seems to work pretty well compared with other scar treatments and also when weighing side effects.

I mean if that's horrible texture then I'm totally messed up. That said, I'm testing fractional c02 for texture. I have mostly texture issues, and my scars are superficial due to successful stuff in the past. But I have no idea how to safely blend texture which consists of scar tissue, color issues, lines, bumps, and so on to where it's normal.

As I said, I'm testing fractional co2 because that's kind of a logical conclusion for texture, but it's iffy to me as well and the test spot I did was sort of hard to tell. It's worth further investigation though because it did flatten a spot a bit but sort of murkied up the surrounding area. I even some some slight PIE (post inflammatory erethema). But 10 days out, the spot tested seems more "even". It's redder/pink a little still but it's flat and has more laxity.

Perhaps do what I did and test spot a fractional c02 for texture. There's also peels but I feel like peels might be too temporary in nature and the fractional does go to actual collagen destruction meaning it does seek to destroy/recreate collagen, whereas the peel is quite superficial.
