I have these scars since more than 5 years , I used at home dermaroller of 1.5mm to 2mm but still haven't got desirable result , recently I thought this subcision treatment could get me rid of them ? So any ideas ?

Can they go? Possibly 100% is extremely hard. However subcision, will not do it it maybe help put it won't change any surface damage a combination of subcision, tca and co2 fractional over a few sessions should comfortably get you 80% and upwards that would mean that it would only be noticeable from very close distances.

Ok , I am Pakistani and my name here is fake aswell and it's quite hard to get all this done here as I am still a student ,but I have done 85% glycolic acid peels at home and once burned my face on my own giving me new scars however I am good now and I don't use that anymore and my face looks really fine with good angles and when its like a good weather day here

If you want my honest opinion I think you're very lucky you only have like a few icepicks and have really smooth/great texture otherwise. I get that it bothers you for sure. I just don't want to see you go down a path where you start doing things and it turns out poorly making things worse for some small stuff.

Personally I think needling/roller are more harmful than helpful and I'm not sure subcision will really help the edges that icepicks have. Subcision is designed to try and mostly help depressions and even then it's hit or miss and could be better with filler etc.

You could try some light dermabrasion perhaps or some sort of light laser in just a few areas but again, I don't want to see you have pigmentation issues or any side effects either. So I would probably say if you think you can deal with it even if angles bring it out more then deal with it, if not do some sort of test first whatever you try and pick something that works on dealing with the edges. Once you blend the edges you might be able to do some very light spot subcision to remove any indentation.

You dont have much scars. Maybe spot cross from phenol and you dont need subcsion

The the scars are so minor even celebrities have it.
