It's not that deep really, a lot is textural which is common since scar tissue and different tiny depths mix around causing that. But I'm not sure if anything close to 90% is really realistic for any procedure. I think given the shallow aspects, even a 60% improvement would probably render them pretty much invisible or much more blended.

Redness is also highlighting spots which would be more invisible otherwise. Is that from Rullan's procedures?

Im waiting to schedule an appointment with Rullan but skeptical, I have lots of rolling and boxcar scars, way worse than yours. Im surprised you think it was only 20% improvement.

Have you done a follow up with him? Any recommendations?
