Has anyone had experience with both these modalities?

Which was more effective for you? Which was safer (any fat loss?)

I was on this forum about 10 years ago when fractional lasers were clearly the better option to the MnRF treatments then, specifically because MnRF may cause fat loss if performed improperly for acne scars.

However, since then, it seems that MnRF devices have significantly improved and practitioners are more familiar with the devices, to the point that I believe that MnRF is now possibly more effective and safer alternative to fractional laser.

Any input?
