I have very severe acne and chicken pox scars, since i was a teenager, and have been living with it for years. I undergone 4 sittings of Fractional CO2 laser treatment few years back and it turned out be waste of money with no or very minimal improvement. I wasn't satisfied with my doctor and discontinued the treatment.Even I am at fault in this, because I was inconsistent in taking this due to busy work life.Recently, I went to another dermatologist and she suggested me to take MNRF+PRP for atleast 7 to 8 sittings. I completed my first sitting and below is the pic after a week from the procedure.Though I'm not impressed, I'm planning to undergo atleast 4 more of these sessions to determine if it's working or not. My question is what type of scars do I have primarily and what treatment should I ask her for? Will MNRF suit my case?  I'm mentally exhausted in spending my money, with no major results :(20220724_115724_1.jpg.fd7f0f5df63cf58fdeb208a2acf9b987.jpg20220724_115807_2.jpg.09cc8e775936bc289392063aa6ffdb11.jpg

Try to find a professional acne scar doctor with much experience. It looks like you will benefit from TCA CROSS.

I'm an Indian with brown skin. Is it safe to do TCA? I'm afraid I might end up with hyper pigmentation. How much should be the concentration?

I am not into that. You should ask a professional.
