Left is is mostly the issue. People will say try TCA cross and it may work but it may not and make it worse so if you do try 1 spot only etc.

There are a few areas you could try subcising like on your right side but ultimately you need ablation on the icepicks/boxcars on your left. Your options really boil down to aggressive dermabrasion in that spot/area or a co2 erbium type resurfacing there. Or try very carefully (testing) TCA cross to see if you respond well. That's probably what some will suggest.

I'd try to find a doctor that specializes in more aggressive treatments only because the icepicks look like they'd respond best to aggressiveness. You know, a doctor that's willing to get under them and sand them or zap them aggressively.

Try phenol cross much more localized and doesnt travel from the intended site.
