I™ve had these scars for 6 years now. I believe they™re mostly rolling scars and a handful of boxcar scars. When i stretch my skin they mostly disappear - does this mean they™re not tethered?

I™m considering subcision + filler at the moment, but not sure if that™s the best approach for these. I™d like to see 75-90% improvement ideally. Any suggestions?A0842AD8-C14D-4C20-AD03-0D60F44C0073.jpeg.82c4338cac4e2770f57fc3b57d191b51.jpeg21EA7618-D2A1-40EE-8496-F37D700EEC4B.jpeg.900e93907b816eeaad9d00c6b2ee2ece.jpeg

about stretching - I always heard that if they disappear it means that sub+filler will help, but in Scar Management book they say that it means scars are suitable for resurfacing. Where is the truth?

Mine stretch and disappear even as superficial scars, but I don't particularly know if that means anything in general as to what could be beneficial personally. I'm doing an experiment that is solely specific to me only since mine are very superficial just lots of nicks, but I'm trying to lose 25 pounds in 3 months give or take to see if the facial fat levels them more, ie if they are standing out more because I gained like 20 lbs in 5 years. Just an experiment to see if more fat is making them stand out more.

@SmootherCJYou look like a prime candidate for subcision and filler in my mind, because you have these "puddles" and the edges aren't so sharp that the middle can't rise with growth underneath. You have to untether it for sure and then probably a filler might be beneficial but don't ask me which one I've had even my own issues choosing one.

So long story short yes I think subcision and filler from a good doctor is the way to go.
