Does anyone know what kind of scarring I have?

What I have circled particularly concerns me.

If you're talking about like the line stuff, I have that now (super up close) but I assumed it was a mix of my old scars and just collagen loss from aging kind of mixing together because I didn't see it like 10 years ago really that much.

As for the gaps yes volume loss as GS said subcision/filler should respond well.

Do you guys know how many sessions of subcision and filler might be required? I'm travelling at the moment and I don't think I'll be home for more than a month, which complicates matters.

Will the results be permanent? Filler doesn't sound like it would be permanent.

How about dermarolling? Would that help at all?

Honestly its not that bad, but just fillers if you really want to consider something.
