From my attached photos of my face , can anyone recommend what treatment they think I should get done to improve this. I™ve had this issue since 2012 and my head is wrecked from trying to figure out what to do. I have had 2 lots of RF microneedling ( 3 sessions each time . I have had automated micro needling 6 sessions . I have had 2 PRp treatments with microneedling (which I felt did nothing , costing 1200 euro ). I™m just not seeing good results with anything ¦¦.

Everyone tries subcisions first.

To me it sort of looks like rolling scars, fat loss/damage, texture issues, and some pretty level nicks (boxcars/icepicks maybe). You might want to test out subcision on the deeper ones or rolling scars and maybe start building up some more levelness and then maybe start looking at more ablative stuff on the upper layer to blend.

The things that you might want to do at some point are ablative like erbium laser, dermabrasion or phenol peel for texture. But right now you look like you suffer more from fat loss and rolling scars where subcision and/or filler like sculptra or others might be somewhat beneficial.

The needling is all a waste. Occasionally I see someone doing 3 or 4 things which includes needling and it helps but it's usually just a money bilking thing. Someone else might have a better idea on what to do chronologically basically.

Go to Dr Emil in Denmark. Isn't traveling within the EU easy for you?

Im in Ireland too and was having the same problems trying to find someone that did manual methods such as subcision.
I emailed a lot of places trying to find someone. A couple did come back saying the doctor can do subcision but there was nothing on the websites about it and no reviews so I decided against it. It was mainly lasers and microneedling mentioned.
I ended up travelling to Dr Emil in Denmark in January and again in April.
I plan on going back again in September when I have the money saved again.

I dont think its feasible for me to travel to have this done unfortunately.

I wonder would laser help at all?

laser may help in the end - to smooth the texture. Do subcision with proper aftercare. Then subicsion+HA fillers

Why isn't it feasible ? Wait until it's feasible then or else you'll get docs who have no idea.

Subcision (with filler like HA or sculptra or something) > excision probably on those wider/deeper spots. Then when things are a bit more level you'd probably be in a better position to full ablation the edges/texture. That's just my opinion. If you try to ablate it now you'll still have too much edges, gaps, width, unevenness. And even then there's debate whether laser even helps more than dermabrasion or something else like phenol.

That's just my opinion. Start with the less risky less downside stuff, chronologically. If you try to subcision and fill the deeper wider spots I personally don't think the downside risks are very great based on what I've seen/read. If things are more level after a bunch of this, then maybe talk to a great surgeon about laser or dermabrasion.

For excision we need to have very sharp borders with depth else its not worth because even if you fix hat scar it wont matter because what matter is how you look overall. And not one scar.

If it is still not possible for you to travel for treatment I did find a clinic that does subcision using Nokor needle in Dublin. I have no idea what they are like but might be worth going for a consultation and see what you think yourself. If you look up subcision Ireland online you will see the clinic.
