Subcision cross to lift the scars and the edge then full ablation erbium laser to smooth the edges.
Those are good scars to work with and you have a good fitzpatrick skin tone to do laser or dermabrasion. Scars are not too deep and can likely be improved a lot with good outcomes and you have healthy skin in between/around.^ is good suggestion.
Lift then clean edges to blend basically. Expensive-wise, any major procedures nowadays from laser to dermabrasion to subscision is in the 1000s. Probably like 3-6k if you do 3 things is my guess one of which is a full laser. But I haven't got any in years.
If I were you Id do liberator subcision first then dermabrasion. Ive done both. From start to finish for your scars to be almost invisible ( not completely gone) you need at least 2-3 years and around $20k if you are going to reputable top caliber doctors. Goodluck!

Honestly I dont really know.. I think it will alldepends on your goal and level of satisfaction andskin reacts differently to treatments and several factors contributes to the results ( age, collagenesis, skin type, care, smoking etc.)Why dont you try tolook for someone in your county? I dont think youll get the desired amount of treatment, care,follow-up and touch ups if you live too far from your doctor, just my opinion.Acne treatment is nevera one treatment done and improvement takes time. If you think that a certain treatment will erase your scars, youll be in for major disappointment. It takes time, lots of money, lots of treatment and lots of patience to really see perceptible improvement.I really wanted to fly to Australia beforeto get acne scar treatment from Dr. Davin Lim buthe referred me to Dr. Emer here.I dont really know if he is really asgood as it appears do your ownresearch and ask real patients. You are a very good looking dude, and in your case in my opinion the scar kinda subtracts or distracts a bit from your good looks nevertheless still very handsome seriously hehehehegoodluckdo it while yourestill young - better collagenesis, more time to enjoy the results, and more time to makeup for lost fun..
