The cheek scarring is from around November 2020, the temple scarring is over 5 years old. The only treatment I have done is subcision and RF microneedling with Dr. Weiner in FL in October 2021. Im not ready to make a post about my progress from that procedure just yet.

These are not deep at all. Dr weiner subcision has had a lot of complain on these forums as to he is not extensive. I would say since your scars are somewhere between shallow and moderate goto dr rullan for subcision as I see tethering. Also phenol cross to soften the shoulder of the scar. It might take two to three sessions for you to see results. Give atleast 2 to 3 months in between. Not sure why are you against fillers. Once all of these scars convert to rolling, we have to go for fillers. To make the skin looks smooth. You dont need the fillthe complete cheek with filler. Dr will independently fill these scars one by one since you dont have many.
Thank you for the reply! Actually, I was thinking the exact same thing Ive been planning on seeing Dr. Rullan for subcision and phenol cross. I was thinking of skipping the Erbium YAG though
as far as fillers go, I dont like the idea of permanent ones, and Im not so excited about having temporary fillers redone every so oftenbut well see how happy I am without them first.

Pretty shallow at least.I also find no answers for filler really, same concerns. I don't want permanent due to risks but temporary is too short and can't be good on the body every 3 months. Be careful with anything "cross" it's hit or miss depending on what I see like some people say TCA cross is good, others worsens. Basically what I'm saying is do a test spot, just one. Do not rush and do like 10 if it reacts poorly you'll be overjoyed you did one.
@skin_skin_did you hear any popping sound when you were getting subcision? do your scars disappearwhen you stretch your skin?
I think you would benefit from subcision alone. You lookvery young so you may be able to produce enough your own collagen to make your pits unnoticeable.
And yeah, your scars are not bad at all.
@Candy SaysI actually did hear a lot of popping! Though Dr. Weiner said he didnt think I had a lot tethers.
While my scars are less noticeable when I stretch the skin, I still see the scar borders. I think my scars are actual pits or chunks of missing skin, though fairly small and quite shallow.
