I've been recommended sculptra, done some research on this, it seems like it could potentially good, however, some side effects like granulomas appearing months or years later and being permamenent/disfiguring? seems worrying? Anyone experience sculptra and benefits side effects? What is the realistic possibility of this happening? I know side effects are always a risk but is it worth it?

For the record I had infini and co2 done and subcision and 0 sides, healing normally.
