First you want to get completely clear of any active acne. If you suspect hormonal acne, have you seen a doc to get your hormones checked? On a treatment?

Once your acne is completely under control you can reach out to a couple/three scar revision specialists and see who you are comfortable with. Normally several procedures are combined for best results, so it's hard to say which they will recommend for you. Because your scarring is not deep, I would guess laser or chemical peels as something they might recommend. But do your own research and be your own advocate for sure.

Your scars are far from mild, barely noticeable. Average guy will never notice them. Dont worry about them. Not worth it.
