I have really bad skin texture issue on the side of my face. What would be the best treatment for it?

Dermabrasion was the only thing I got 15 years ago and it worked really well for me (+75% or 80% cosmetic improvement i'd say), but obviously nothing's perfect and everyone's case is vastly different. There are other threads on this forum that show a few drastic improvements using other stuff combined, I just forget the thread names off hand. One guy went to a doctor in LA and saw like 80% improvement using 3 or 4 things, then said he was going back to do touch up. I forget the thread name though but look for that one in the last 4-8 weeks with an arab doctor I think. Then there's things like Phenol peels and so on that a few have used. This very nice girl on one of the threads used a few things including the phenol peel from another doctor in LA I think dr. rullan. I don't know much about Dr. Rullan but he seems to handle more complicated cases, so if you have the money or can get to LA maybe it's worth a shot with him.

Looking at your scars/texture maybe a few combined things might be employed, including a phenol peel or something. Others can add their opinions but those are basically stuff you'd have to choose from. Needless to say you should strive to get some expert opinions on treatments. Looks mostly shallow and textural I guess so at least that's good. I know that's really hard. I'm still, myself" going to doctors now and then and finding it difficult. I grow my beard out :o. I hope others can shed light and you can find some options they are out there for some improvements, they just take a whole lot of work and guessing and research.

If it is really texture meaning scars closer to healthy skin in level then go for chemobrasion. Again depends if you have wide spread texture Issues.
