Maybe try adding in tca 30 percent for doing cross sessions use a paintbrush for application. I have seen results with it. Do excision for only deep scars. How do you know if you need it, a good way to think is can you accept any other scar besides that boxcar. That way if something going wrong you were comfortable taking the loss.

Surely cross would need a higher percentage than that?
I personally have seen results. My theory is if anything gives results we do it and eradicate the side effects we do it. Anyhow tca works after few sessions irrespective of percentage used. Maybe there will be more collagen production with higher percent. But not sure!
If that was the case i should have seen results from dr rullans 2 times cross sessions with my scars atleast 50 percent filled up. But that was not the case more like 15 percent. So if improvement is not great then why risk with high percent. What i am saying is it was enough to start the collagen remodeling process and that is what we want.
For example in one of the failed icepick excision it was a deep pit. I applied 30 percent tca to it. Now it is almost filled up post 2 months.

I will bare that in mind thank you, how long after a fractional co2 do I need to wait to do TCA cross
I have heard people do monthly fractional co2 sessions. So i guess it is fro seeing results. But the thing is collagen takes time to build. If you still want to expedite the process i would say safer is 2 months gap enough to start the collagen. Arent you doing treatment to produce collagen then you should atleast give it time.
