Hi here,

I've had a vascular occlusion 2 months ago when my derm was trying to inject the filler to my acne scar. After some treatments, I didnt have any skin necrosis from the vascular occlusion.

However, I've noticed that the skin where the vascular occlusion happens is very fragile. For example, if I sleep on that side, then I will notice some bleeding from the skin. It has already happened twice this month. Therefore, I was wondering does anyone else who has the similar experience?
