I am reaching out because I need your help. I finally took care of my acne (accutane) and ready to start treating my scars.  From information I have gathered I think I need a couple of sessions of subcision and filler but not sure.

 

I consulted with dr. Rullan in SD and he recommended some radiesse filler for lost of fat in both cheeks(1.5 cc ea) and subcision to start which I booked for July 26th.

 

my question is . Is there anything I could be doing in preparation for this procedure? Can I do Rf micro needling in between( kinda scarred because of filler) ? Is Chinese cupping recommended? Is there anyone with good results that had similar scarring to mine?

Subcision and filler is correct. You can try rf but it does not have a good reputation on this forum. Yes suction is important but I believe you cant do suction if you are getting the filler the same day. As you need to start doing suctioning 3rd post subcision

Thanks for feedback getsmart121. I read the suction &subcision study you posted. I will definitely try next time when I get subcision with no filler.

Subcision + fillers. I think Sculptra will help dramatically.Treatment method is pretty much straight forward in your case (and this is good). You will be fine.
