Frankly it's neither/nor. But how much are they asking? If it's not too expensive, why not give it a go and see for yourself. You will never know until you try it yourself.

I tried everything in terms of acne scars treatments.Microneedling RF did not work for me, but maybe it will work for you. I dont understand science behind this. I saw video of Lim and Weiner praising this device, but there are clearly in some connection with Lutronic. I read online experiences of people and they are very mixed, also doctors have mixed opinions about this treatment for acne scaring.

None!Do yourself a favour and find a qualified specialist who will perform tca or phenol cross for your ice-pick scars. Rf microneedling can do very little. Speaking from experience.
