I saw video of Dr Weiner yesterday . He claims filler as spacer is useless after subcision, filler is good for acne scars when it is used to fill dents and fill volume , as spacer it is waste of money, also there are no studies online that could confirm filler as spacer can giveyou superior results when with subcision compared to subcision without filler. Probably it is good to do few times subcision , some lasers maybe and then just fill dents. My experience was that when filler was in my scars they looked lot better.
