Atrophic scar

Hi there, I could really use some help. I have a 5 month old atrophic scar that I think is slowly improving but still indented. Does this have a chance to heal on its own and level out with time? I™m just so anxious about this being permanent and could use the advise

I™ve attached a picture, top row is 5 or so months ago, taken with front and back camera, and bottom is from yesterday in the same lighting.

It's probably permanent. Atrophic scars don't go away normally. But it's also very minor so I would chalk it up to your unique self.

If it's really bugging you, I bet a little subcision might do the trick. Something quick and easy might work well for this one small scar type thing. Make sure you see a doc who specializes in scar treatment if you want to get it looked at.
