You have boxcar, few ice picks and little rolling scars.You need subcision, rf and cross maybe fillers at the end when the pits have lifted to surface level.

In my view, scars don't "lift".Instead theyfade away by losing their edge, so to speak. Scars are visible only because of the shadow made by the scar border. Get rid of the border and the scar will disappear, or at least much less visible than before.

I would normally recommend either TCA or Laser. But your scars are too deep for laser. Hence, higher strength TCA (70% or higher) recommended. Repeat the treatmentevery 3 months for at least 4 times.
