Help please! Identify acne scar& treatment

Hi, 

Can someone help please? I used to have acne on my cheeks mainly. I have managed to control it for more than 6 months now. However, I am left with scars on my cheeks. I would like to know:

1)What type of scar it is in these pics. I have uploaded a side view and front view. In the front view it looks like it could be icepick but it is quite shallow so am unsure. 

2)What would be the best treatment for these type of scars. Would microneedling work?

You have really are literally non existent, you have very shallow boxcars and few ice picks.

you can try microneedling 1.5 mm and phenol cross acid for the ice pick scars.

I see shallow boxscars. I suggest you tca paint or tangential laser for the edge of boxscars
