Hi everyone,

As im new here, recently i have been taking isotretinoin and my doc has propose to me to do co2 fractional laser and pico laser. I was wondering if i should continue with his advice. And by the way, from the picture, are my scars really bad and what treatments is there available?

You need subcision not laser, think of laser as sanding a wall, you dont want to smooth out before raisingthe pitted scar bed. Subcision is going to lift the scar bed.

Also remember you will start to see results from the second or 3rd subcision.

You still have active acne. I would take care of that first before focusing on scars.
