I'm new to micro needling, I heard that most home micro needling devices cause micro tears unlike the Derminator 2. Due to circumstances I cant currently buy a derminator, is a dermastamp a fine substitute(I've heard that the derminator is just an electric dermastamp) or could that cause micro tears as well?
