It still look pretty angry. Apply hydrocortisone cream, twice a day, for the next 5 days. This should help with inflammation. Try not to touch the lesion. Also avoid applying anything else since it might cause more irritation.

I have had this problem for the last 5 years. I only get acne on my nose and exactly on the same areas, and the type of acne in each nose area is exactly similar. As you can see, there is lots of scarring . I went to a dermatologist then and he suggested a azithromycin pills, clindamycin gel, a facewash and sunscreen.
