You have rolling scars. They're not too severe but you show some fat loss.
I first suggest subcision to remove any tethered scar bands. Wait 2 weeks (or until the swelling is completely gone) and getSculptra + Fractional CO2 laser. This is to help boost collagen production. For more info, click below.

Are the treatments that I've suggested available in your country (subcision, laser, sculptra)?
Good thing is you don't have any defined boxcar edges. This will help a lot.
As for improvement, it's hard to say. Everyone is different. You should get at least 2 sessions of subcisions and laser + sculptra combo. Try to space out the treatments to every 3 months.

Methods are available, but not all at the same clinic. Do you recommend Sculptura only (fillers)? And how would u rate my scars from 1-10?

Your scar is not that bad. It's the depression that makes it look worse than it is. From 1 to 10, I would say 4-ish.
If you can, you should getboth Sculptra + laserON THE SAME DAY(or as soon as poosible).

Thank you for your answer. I contacted a few dermatologist (they suggested meEllanse filler, they didnt have Sculptra) is this OK for my acne scarring + CO2 laser? Or should i contact dermatologist using only Sculptra). And what about Er:YAG vs CO2? Someone recommended me Er:YAG overCO2? Because of side effects of CO2...Is Er:Yag any good or is it a waste of money?
Other dermatologist recommended me Subsicion, co2laser and thenSculptra filler? Is this good method?
The other one recommended me Subcision andEllanse filler (depends if they can inject filler immedietly) and then Er:YAG laser (which is safer). But i dont know if this laser is effective on my type of skin and scars...On the other hand im scared of CO2 laser side effects...

Ellanse is more similar to Radiesse than Sculptra. But I don't think it matters that much whether it's Ellanse or Sculptra.
Erbium laser or Er:YAG doesn't penetrate as deep as CO2 laser. Also erbium is better for ablation than CO2. However, we're more interested in collagen stimulation than ablation. In that regard, CO2 + Filler would be better IMO.
Lastly, do you need subcision? Like I said above, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get one.
I don't know when they will start vaccinating the general population (soon I would imagine), but stay away from any kind of treatment while you're getting the vaccine.

If I understand correctly it doesnt matter whether I choose Ellanse or Sculptra as a filler? So for my scar type CO2 laser is more preffereble? Subcision will be my first step of my treatment...
Thank you for your help! I had some acne relaps so im on low dose of Accutane now and my skin is 95% clear. Can i do Subcision and Sculptra/Ellanse during Accutane and then CO2/Erbium Er:YAG?
In december my derm wil lower my dosage from 30mg/day to 20mg/day. And after Accutane she will prescribe me maintenance dose of 10-20mg/week (because of potential for acne relaps).
Some extra photos Im so depressed because of my scars
Are my scars really that severe?

That's interesting. I'm looking at next path for treatment after infini and basic MN. Could sculptra subcision with one doctor, followed by co2 fractional 1-3 weeks later of Christmas be a viable option? I would give 3 months ish to heal after without any more treatment (also cus finance)

They are not at all severe. The first pic was in very harsh lighting, which is normally not the way your scars would be seen in a normal lighting. So no worries.

Don't get sculptra with subcision. It won't work as a spacer. Get it with laser instead. Here's what I suggest you do in the following order:
- Subcision
- Wait 4 weeks
- Sculptra
- Laser (you can get laser resurfacing anytime within 4 weeks after sculptra injection)
Thank you for your honest answer. What is your opinion on indoor lightning, do i look like this outside? Sorry for silly questions but lately im so down with my scarring. Do they look severe in this lightning? Because i dont know how others will see itIm on low dose of Accutane now and i will takeyour advice. My acne is under control.

Yeah I understand that, it's just that the doctor I had a consult with and the only guy who would do sculptra for acne scars specifically offered this service. https://www.lmaclinic.com/scar-treatment
i dont think he uses as a spacer, just done in same session.
I would then get laser at a different clinic,
I really, really do not suggest you fill your face at all.
What people don't realize is that subcision if not followed by suction, will be ineffective as the scar tethers re-attach sucking the scar back down. Where does the filler go? Outward, which will make the scarlook deeper than when you started. And the filler can't be removed without removing natural face tissue. And despite what people say, filler can last for YEARS.
With the advice of your doctor, look into subcisionfollowed by suction. Mr. Matt has a great journey still at this forum. Look him up and see what he did. He NEVER used any fillers and ended up with a very smooth face.
Take your time on this because what I learned is that yes, various procedures can actually make your face look worse than when you started.
*Actually on second glance you may not even need subcision, maybe some deep peels. Again, look at Mr. Matt's journey. He had a lot of peels.

That is not true ha fillers can be dissolved.
