Hi,
I am a long time lurker and have some forehead (icepick?) scars that I have wanted to treat for a while now but had never gotten a chance to do so due to being on accutane as well as financial reasons. In the past, I have tried dermarolling at home with a 1.5mm dermaroller. I did over that over the course of a year but never got any noticeable improvements other than maybe slight improvements to overall skin texture.
I have decided its about time I try out a professional treatment. I have done a lot of research and recently just booked an appointment to see a derm about having tca cross and infini rf done. Anyone have any tips on what type of treatment would be best suited for my scars?

I want to see your forehead from the side profile if possible with diff lighting

I have personally seen the biggest improvement with fully ablative laser on my forehead out of any other area of my face probably due to the fact that not much ablation is needed to smooth out the forehead opposed to somewhere like the cheeks for example... I do think you could combine that with some neurotoxin and it would be nice to see a video of you expressing yourself to get an idea of how active your muscles are up there.
