If not, will I benefit from subcision+filler anyway? or should I go for lasers instead? I know there 3 main scars types, and I recognize them but not in my photos. Could you help me identify which of my scarring is rolling, boxscar or icepick?

I'd like to know too :) my scarring is similar to yours. I see some boxcars and Ice-picks. Maybe rolling? You can't really tell. I've read that the doctor asks you to smile and then can see if there are tethers.

It's nearly impossible to tell if your scars are tethered by looking at them. If you want any kind of accuracy, you will need to feel them. One way you can do this is to stretch the scar and see if it flattens or change the overall shape. If the scar is tethered, it will remain depressed. Regardless, the best way to know for sure is to insert a needle under the skin.
