How should I treat my acne scars?

Hi everyone, first post but I™ve been lurking around the forum for a while. 

I™m 26 and have had these acne scars On my cheeks since I was 16. (Photos attached)

- What type of scaring is this?

- Any advice on how to get rid of them?

I™ve went to 3 sessions of fractional lasers (fotona 4D) and the beauty assistant recommended micro-needling.

Thought I™d run this by the intelligent people of acne.org for help by people who have the same issues and knowledgeable about this.

Any replies and advice greatly appreciated!

You have a combination of boxcar and icepick with a few linear scars. They're not deep but, at the same time, they're not shallow enough to be treated with microneedling.

Several sessions of TCA Cross will address the icepick/boxcar. Dermal filler for the linear scars.

To add, if you decide onmicroneedling, this procedurecould aggravate the active acne that you still have, leading to more scarring. Its recommended that you clear up first before any scar treatments.

Should still do subcision first. Tca won't help fat loss
