Are these scars or pimples?

I've had acne since I was 13. It became worse as I grew older. I am now 19 years old and I'm having a lot of trouble with my appearance. My nose bothers me that much that I would rather have pimples on my cheeks rather than my nose. I want to know if the things on my nose are scars brought by acne or just pimples. They are painless and colorless bumps that cover majority of my nose. I have major depression and my acne makes it worse. Seeing my face everyday is a struggle. What can I do about it? I'm still a student and I do not have that much money too. I am in desperate need of help. :(

Those arent pimples.
U have a bunch of nose hypertrophic scars/ sebaceous hyperplasia which is a pre-rhynophyma condition. U should post a pic in a better resolution so i could help you better

Those scars that you have are the hardest ones to deal with because they are in the nose.

U should look for those options to improve your condition
1- Eletrosurgery
2- Steroid injections
3- CO2 laser resurfacing

Rhinophymas are treatable. The following videos show some extreme cases and what the procedure entails.
