I've done 3 sessions of Genius RF microneedling (along with subcision and Erbium laser) in the past 9 months. Observed some changes, not impressive, but there is. It's hard to quantify how many percent it has improved. Anyway, some visible improvement. I am wondering if I should continue doing that, for one or two more sessions? Would the next one or two sessions make a big difference?

I am definitely going to do more subcisions. It feels great, effective and cheap, recovers fast. Last time my dermatologist also suggested to switch to normal microneedling (without RF, just high frequency needle injuries) to blend scar edges and improve texture. But I really doubt normal microneedling's efficiency and was always want something more aggressive and brings more significant results. My scars aren't deep, not obvious fat lose is seen under any lighting conditions. But some scars do tether. Mostly, boxcars and scarred pores.
