HELP! Any treatment/advice for my acne scars? It's all I've been thinking whole day everyday. It really ruined my life :((( (not going outside and avoiding hangouts with friends). I also avoid places with many lights and sunshine (which is almost all places btw). I appreciate any advice coming from you.
Also, do you have any advice for scars that just formed (5-6 mos ago)?
I am no doctor but it seems new scars are easier to treat then older ones, so you should seek a dermatologist right away to have the scars reviewed.
I am not sure about the type of scars these are, the picture being not very clear, but if you read enough on this website, you will find a lot of information about what can be done.
You can also check Dr Davin Lim's videos on Youtube. He explains everything super clearly.

Definitely agree that newer acne scars respond far better to treatments than older acne scars. I would say do your research and find a good dermatologist with a keen interest in acne scars.
Your scars look like ice pick scars and I believe would respond well to TCA cross. However I would recommend posting your picture to real self (find the acne scar section). You can get a doctors input and its free!
