Phenol CROSS aftercare. Keep wounds/scabs moist or not?

I just had CROSS and subcision with Rullan. Should I keep the sounds/scabs moist with Vaseline or not? Those at his office suggested no, but it seems many are split on this.

I always get mixed feedback on aftercare as well!

I usually just keep it simple and apply my regular moisturizer on my entire face morning and night. I do not keep the individual scabs moist throughout the day. I think either way, it will take a week or so for the scabs to fall off. Just as long as you don't pick at them you should be all good.

I tried it both ways and I recall my face feeling itchier when I kept it dry. I had CROSS done last month, and I kept it moist with Vaseline and Cerave Healing Ointment.
