Sharp borders

I have a scar that is just slightly indented but what makes it stand out so much are the sharp borders.

Theborders look slightly raised and around the scar it looks like someone drew a line with a toothpick around it. Thats the best i can describe it.

Its a weirdly shaped border as well in the middle of my forehead. I hate it so much and it drives me into depression.

Its a nightmare to cover up the scar with make up as that makes it stand out even more but because i have horrible skin i dont dare to go out without make up.

What would the best treatment be?

I was going to try fractional co2 only to the borders as thats what my dermatologist recommended.

Has anyone ever treated a similar scar like this with success?

Anything with an indentation requires subcision. However, fractional CO2 can work if it's shallow, and it can be quite good at softening the scar, so the edge isn't so obvious.

Dermabrasion, laser, deep chemical peeling are options to ablate (sand down) the edges and make them appear softer. You would need to fill the actual indentation and then sand down the edges to blend it in.

Erbium on the edges several times. Athome try to microneedlle the edges and to put tca 15% straight away on these edges with the toothpick, try to cut an end ofthe toothpick a bit out to put a tiny bit of cottonon it. I found after 2 times that it helps. The healing time is 2 weeks. To put a tiny piece of the skin coloured plaster while healing helps.
