Hi guys,
For the last 1.5 years I have been snooping around the forums looking for atrophic scarring treatments for the nose. Indirectly, I actually took a lot of advice from @beautifulambitionposts and comments on acne scars. This is my treatment and progress so far.
7 months and 27 days exactly from this post date. 5 treatments total.
1st treatment - 75% TCA cross
2nd treatment - 75% TCA cross
3rd treatment - 75% TCA cross
4th treatment - 75% TCA cross
5th treatment - 90% TCA cross combined with Vivace RF micro-needling
I am going to continue with the treatments as you can see my biggest scar (the boxcar one) still needs a lot of work. Hopefully it will significantly reduce in size after two more 90% TCA treatments along with RF micro-needling.
Any feedback, advice, further "advanced" or "alternative" treatments would be much appreciated.
Additional note: I have type 2 skin (Asian-american) and I suggested C02 ablative lasering ,but was convinced not to do it by my laser specialist due to prolonged and permanent hyper pigmentation risks.
Additional update: These scars are 8+ years old and I want to give some hope to other people that are in the same situation as me because I realized there wasn't many or if any successful acne scar reduction particularly on the nose in the forums.

Do you have a stopping point point in mind or will you continue as long as you continue to see improvements?
Thank you! And I will most likely stop once my biggest boxcar scar is barely noticeable.

I went to a doctor (laser specialist). She wasn't a dermatologist but she specialized in laser and veins. One of her signature procedures listed was TCA Cross so I took a leap of faith and went with her. I've consulted with actual board certified dermatologists before and some of them didn't even know what TCA cross was when I mentioned it so I went for someone with credibility and experience with this particular procedure. (This doctor had many before and after procedures documentedfor TCA cross and they all had significant improvement).

Do you think you got any improvement from RF microneedling?
