I went to two doctors one recommend "laser palomar" and the other one microneedling rf but neither tell me the type of scars I have.

The scars of my neck look like hypopigmentation when I "stretch" my neck an look creased when I "shrink" my neck. What type are they?.

Also, is safe laser or microneedling rf on sensitive skin?. Would retin a (differin) cream help these scars?
