It can vary on some factors. i .e. how aggressive the subcision was, your healing time, reaction to treatment, etc. For me personally, Rullan performed my sub, and his is quite aggressive. I also received the Kenalog injection and I was still swollen about 4-5 days after. It dramatically went down after the initial 24-48 hours though. You will also still have some microswelling several days after.
