Besides the obvious one of "time. "Just as the title suggests. Would like to know appropriate treatments. Ideally, not interested in cranking up to level 100 immediately. However also not afraid to do so. Pictures are under the harshest light I have.

Scarring is relatively minor. For the ice picks and box cars, I think you'd benefit fromCROSS, either with TCA or Phenol. I notice some very mild rolling scars, so subcision would help there. Or you could just give a bit of filler.
