Hey!
I need some help with these boxcar scars. I already had an genius RF treatment for my whole face but it didn't improve the scar(s).
Should I try tca cross now? How many sessions will I need to see improvement?
CO2 laser would be possible too. Downtime is not a problem and I have skin type 1-2. Also I still have a lot of PIE and minor textural issues especially on the other side of my face which you can't see in the picture where the CO2 might help aswell?
Is it possible to combine CO2 and tca cross?

The one boxscar looks fairly big, although you don;'t have many. Typically subcision is done before RF because tethering can mess with RF energy. I would try to do subcision + suction and/or subcision with filler, and then TCA or phenol paint method if you can find it.
