I have suffered from severe acne and used various products that have all failed. Recently I started using tretinoin 0.05% and surprisingly it stopped any new acne from forming. I wanted to ask should I continue using it for the severe scarring as tretinoin has some peeling/collagen boosting properties or is there any other method to get rid of this scarring.

Is there a dermatologist where you're at that does subcision, TCA cross, and maybe some kind of RF microneedling? There are some well defined boxcar scars on your left temple, and twoon your left cheekthat could be improved with a few sessions of subcision. The rest could be dealt with some sessions of TCA cross, and than a few sessions of RF microneedling.
