Hi everyone,

I am wondering if there are any alternative to tca/dermaroller as both methods did not work well for me and only worsened my overall skin texture, possibly creating new scars in the process, 

Is there anything else, a topical or a laser that might be effective in my case?

 

Any input will be greatly appreciated!

You can try chemical peels, which will help with redness and texture. They can also help with shallow scars but it will take many peels.

I've done two Glycolic peels(35%) and they didn't make any difference, I wanted to try TCA peels but I've read that they might deepen and widen these types of scars, I might try 70% glycolic but I am not entirelyconvinced peels are effective for scarred pores.
