I do derminator at home. I use just a high percentage isopropyl alcohol from the drug store with a cotton pad for disinfection. And then a HA serum to provide a nice glide the the derminator. I also found you can just use sterile water like from a contact lens solution and it provides moisture for the needle to glide on. Also I never do microneedle alone, I do it 6-7 days before Phenol cross or 6-7 days after subcision and it has helped flatten scars than just each procedure alone. Some doctors can do microneedle/subs/cross all on the same day but that's a really specialized skill and mine doesn't.
