Your over thinking this, .... it depends what your Dr's treatment plan includes. He makes the decision with you. You use filler after subcision. You can choose to get it or not(Chinese Cupping). You can it's up to your preference(when to get filler). Sure you can get it at the same session if you trust the Dr if not wait until the swelling goes down. These are all personal preferences in treatment.
