If you use a dermaroller on a scar and it creates holes in the skin via the needles - do those holes heal as scar tissue or as normal tissue?

@micheyworthThere is initial"holes" as you heal from microneedling but these should close up or scab / have blood.

Or

Are you talking about microtearing. This is why we don't use dermaroller's anymore and instead use dermastamps now. The rolling motion of the needles can make micro tears. Fine on the body, but not the face.

Lastly if your sensitive or have poor healing microneedling may not be for you. This can make more scars in those cases. The only way to really know is give it a few weeks and observe. There is a single needle attachment for the derminator(google it) and that can treat just you scar borders.

i understood totally what u asked

see whenever a injury happens the body heals with scar tissue there to close the wound fastly

in dermarolling cases when u dermaroll normal tissue those holes heal with normal tissue but when u dermaroll a scar it will heal with scar tissue

i also dont know why these happens maybe due to previously there was scar so signalling by body maybe to heal the injury with same tissue again
