Hey, I just got finished a subcision+juvederm vollure procedure and I'm wondering if I should suction as well. From the searches I've done, I have only seen people that do subcision+(collagen production procedure) or subcision+filler but I haven't seen posts for subcision with filler and suction as well.
edit: on a separate note , does anyone know if it's okay to use tretinoin cream after subcision? My doctor said it was fine but I just want to be sure.
@bongdong420No you do not need to suction or do Chinese cupping if you had filler. Cupping is a alternative. The next time you subcise you can do cupping, as I am sure you don't want to do filler every single time. On avg 4 sessions of subcision are needed at least 3 months apart, you can do other procedures between as needed.
Yes it's ok to use tretinorin. Wait at least 1 week until the swelling has gone down.
