Hello everyone! I am 22 years old. I've had an acne for two and a half years approximately, I healed it with Acnecutan in 2017. Now I have acne scars, I don't know exactly what type they are, but a majority of them is not really deep, and then I look at my face it looks wavy. Also I have some local inflammations. My skin is not very thick, I have some blood vessels shining through it if I pull the skin up or puff my cheeks but veins usually are not particularly seen considering that my scars are always slightly red.
I am considering subcision + TCA + laser. Plus dermaroller (and Derma Pen maybe). Should I use filler or collagen with subcision? I read about it, and some people think that it is much more effective than "empty" subcision. On the other hand, some think it is not I understand that it is an individual approach, of course.
Is the above treatment okay for my type of scars?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there thanks for posting your pictures. The above you mentioned is way to severe and you do not treat like this. IF you did you would walk into any Dr and they will do all of that at once and not care how you heal $$$$$$. We heal very slowly. You need 3 months between each Dr sessions. Separate things out. Treatment can take up to 3 years for many.
You have icepicks, boxcars, rolling scars, textural linear scars, discoloration. I don't see much fat loss, but cannot tell from the pictures.
