@masseffn7Can you help me to know where the scars are or what specifically bugs you. I don't see scars. Perhaps it's the quality of the picture. Scars make shadows, using a directional light or flashlight.
Do you mean the redness which can be treated with vascular laser or pulse dye laser.
Your skin looks better than most of the many cases I help daily.
Is there some kind of scarring on the nose, ... can't quite make it out. IF so you would need a combo of co2 laser and perhaps a resurfacing procedure.
IT will take me 24 hr's to respond thanks for your patience help more than 100 cases daily.
Hi thank you for responding and for the time and effort you put in. I do have a few box scars/ice pick scars but they are not really concerning it is the red inflamed skin that makes me very self conscious especially since my skin complexion is very pale. You mentioned vascular laser or pulse dye laser which i will look into, do you know of any topical treatments that might help? ( tried BP and SA) and both dry my skin out and make it look redder.
@masseffn7You are welcome! Icepicks tca cross, and if the box cars are small you can do tca cross on them or paint on tca where a few layers are put inside the scar on the floor. Dermastamp the scar wall. But your right I don't really see this in the pic, hard to make out.
What I do see is PIE, this is not scarring but wounding post acne, some get this from treatments or some have slow healing / sensitivity like rosacea.
Topical creams, ... glycolic peels can help, niacinamide - the ordinary, physical sunscreen, and a nightly (all the same result >)retin a / tretinorin / differin. You don't want to over peel, exfoliate, etc or you will create redness. So be careful how your skin reacts and moisturize the skin.
Many guys can correct this while healing with tinted sunscreen or sunless tanner can hide things nicely.
