Bio-Oil is just like a moisturizer. It's not as effective as a silicone scar patch or gel in the first aid section. Bio-oil the results are variable and mainly to soften scars after surgery. There isn't a good track record of it doing anything else. AHA+ is a acid, as such is has more action than Bio-gel. You would treat with the AHA, let it heal if needed, it's a weak concentration so probably don't need much healing time like a higher %. You could apply your Bio-oil then at night.
